Development of a functional gummy recipe using only 2-3 ingredients that target support of athletics and sleep (beet juice and tart cherry juice in combination with Perfect Supplements pasture-raised bovine gelatin and organic acerola whole-food vitamin C powder). The functional gummy recipes featured zero added sugars, synergistic ingredients, ingredients of organic and ethical origin, ingredients that are third-party laboratory verified and whole-food based. The recipes feature ingredients which are evidence-based and proven to support both sports and sleep, in addition to other health benefits. Through recipe creation, media creation (video and photo) shared to social channels, and promotion awareness, all metrics were successfully met. Emily managed and produced the entire project, including creative marketing direction and recipe creation aligned with therapeutic nutritional standards.
