Additional Information

Emily holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from West Chester University in Pennsylvania, 2016. Her work has been featured in Nicole Berrie's cookbook, Body Harmony, as well as selected for exhibition at RedLine Contemporary Arts Center in Denver, 2018. She has photographed Yoga on the Rocks, an event hosting over 2,000 participants, and has spoken at K-12 education events to discuss the interplay of school gardens and public health. Emily also has extensive professional experience and studies in food systems and urban agriculture, and has worked alongside the Food Service Director of Madison Metropolitan School District to incorporate local, seasonal foods onto the school lunch menu. She graduated from Nutrition Therapy Institute in 2024, and soon after, achieved Board Certification in Holistic Nutrition in 2025. Emily combines the arts and humanities with practices in the natural world, food, and health to cultivate a future of abundance.
